Acceptable Use Policy

PusherHub lets you reach people directly on their phones. That only works while people trust what they receive. This policy sets out what you mustn't do with PusherHub. It's part of our Terms & Conditions.

Send only to people who want it

• Send notifications only to users of your own apps who have allowed them, as the platform and the law require.
• Make it easy to turn notifications off, and respect it when someone does.
• Only register devices for apps you own or are authorised to manage.

Don't send

• spam, or bulk messages people haven't agreed to receive;
• phishing, scams, fake prizes, or links to malware;
• messages that pretend to come from someone else — another company, a bank or a government body;
• anything illegal, including content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• content that harasses or threatens people, or promotes hate or violence against them;
• sexually explicit content, or anything that exploits or endangers children;
• promotions for gambling, drugs, weapons or other goods and services where they're illegal.

Don't misuse the Service

• Don't get around plan limits — for example, by creating several accounts.
• Don't use someone else's Firebase project, credentials or API keys without their permission.
• Don't probe, scan, overload or attack PusherHub, or try to reach other customers' data.
• Don't resell PusherHub or give others access to it unless we've agreed to it in writing.

Don't abuse the affiliate program

• Don't refer yourself, or create accounts just to earn rewards.
• Don't spam your referral link, or promote it in ways that break this policy.
• Don't pretend to be PusherHub to get sign-ups.

If this policy is broken

We may remove content, pause sending, reverse affiliate rewards, or suspend or close the account involved — straight away if the problem is serious or puts others at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll contact you first.
