Service Delivery Policy

PusherHub is an online software service. There's nothing physical to ship: everything you buy is delivered digitally, to your PusherHub account.

When your plan starts

• A paid plan is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a few seconds. If your affiliate wallet covers the whole price, it's activated straight away.
• You'll see your new plan, and when it ends, on the My Plan page in your dashboard. Your invoice is there too.
• If you still had paid time left, the new period is added on to it.

If your plan doesn't appear

Now and then a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. If your payment went through but your plan hasn't changed after 30 minutes, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). We'll activate your plan within 24 hours, or refund you in full.

Where PusherHub is available

PusherHub works online, anywhere — all you need is a web browser. Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees (₹), and customers elsewhere in US dollars ($), as set when the account is created.
