PusherHub

Data Deletion Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains how to delete your data from PusherHub — your whole account, a single app, or a single device — and what we have to keep after that. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your whole account

Email admin@pusherhub.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you write from a different address, we'll confirm with the account's address first, so that nobody else can delete your account.

We'll reply within two working days, and finish deleting everything within 30 days of your request. Once it's done, it can't be undone.

What we delete

  • your account: your name, email address, password, Google sign-in link and profile picture;
  • every app in your account, and with each one its Firebase service account, API keys, devices, app users, segments, templates, notifications, in-app messages, webhooks and analytics;
  • your signed-in devices, sign-in codes and settings;
  • your affiliate wallet, referral code and payout details.

What we have to keep

  • Payment, invoice and withdrawal records — Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them for a set number of years. They hold your name, email address, what you bought or were paid and when — never card or bank details, which only Razorpay holds.
  • Server logs and our own database backups — copies of your data can stay in these until they're deleted on their normal schedule. They're kept only for security and recovery, and never used for anything else.

Before you ask

  • Withdraw your affiliate wallet. Once the account is deleted, its wallet can't be paid out.
  • Make app backups if you might want an app back. Backups are made in Settings › Backup & restore and are encrypted with your password. A backup can only be restored into the account that made it, so it can't be used after that account is deleted.
  • Unused time on a paid plan isn't refunded when you delete your account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • If you signed in with Google, you can also remove PusherHub's access in your Google Account, under Security › Your connections to third-party apps & services.

Deleting an app

You can delete an app yourself, straight away: open Applications, choose Delete on the app and type its name to confirm. That deletes the app together with its devices, app users, notifications, templates, webhooks and analytics. Make a backup first if you might want it back.

Deleting a device or an app user's data

PusherHub stores devices for the developers who use it. If you use an app that sends notifications through PusherHub, the app's developer decides what's stored about you — so ask the app's developer first; their own privacy policy explains how.

Developers can delete a device at any time:

  • in the dashboard, on the Devices page;
  • from their app, through the SDK or the delete-device API call;
  • in bulk, with the inactive-device clean-up on each app.

Deleting a device removes its notification token, model and location straight away. Its delivery history stays only as anonymous counts — by app, platform and country — so the developer's totals don't change.

If you can't reach an app's developer, email admin@pusherhub.com with the app's name, and we'll pass your request on and help where we can.
