Refund & Cancellation Policy

No automatic renewals — so nothing to cancel
Every PusherHub payment is a one-time payment. Monthly and yearly plans run for the period you paid for and then end on their own — we never charge you again automatically. There's no subscription to cancel: if you don't want to continue, simply don't renew.
When a paid period ends, your account moves back to the Free plan. Your apps and data stay where they are.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a full refund:
- within 7 days of paying, if you haven't sent any notifications or in-app messages on the new plan;
- at any time, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- at any time, if your payment went through but your plan wasn't activated and we can't put that right.
When refunds aren't available
Outside those cases, payments aren't refundable. That includes unused time on a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan, and accounts suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us from the email address on your account, with:
- the invoice number, or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it starts with
pay_); - the reason you're asking for a refund.
We'll reply within two working days. If the refund is approved, the plan you bought is removed from your account.
How refunds are paid
- The part you paid through Razorpay goes back to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in. After we issue a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- The part you paid from your affiliate wallet goes back into your wallet.
- If your payment earned someone an affiliate reward, that reward is reversed.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you aren't charged and your plan doesn't change. If money left your account for a payment that failed, your bank or Razorpay normally returns it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it hasn't come back after that, contact us with the details.
If you started paying with wallet money and didn't finish, that money goes back into your wallet within about an hour.
