PusherHub

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PusherHub ("we", "us") for the hosted PusherHub service at this website — the dashboard, the REST API, the SDKs and everything that comes with them (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use PusherHub for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Use a real email address that you control. We send sign-in and password-reset codes to it.
  • Keep your password and API secret keys safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and with your API keys. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access — and use Settings › Profile to see where you're signed in and sign out other devices.
  • One account per person. Don't create extra accounts to get around plan limits or to earn affiliate rewards.

2. The Service

PusherHub lets you register your apps' devices, build audiences, and send them push notifications and in-app messages.

Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, using the Firebase project you connect, and from there by Google, Apple and the device itself. We hand every notification over promptly, but whether and when it appears depends on things outside our control — the device being online, the user's notification settings, the operating system, and those providers. We don't guarantee that any particular notification will be delivered, opened or clicked.

3. Your apps and your audience

  • You own your content and data — your apps, notifications, templates, and the device data your apps send to PusherHub. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
  • You're responsible for what you send and who you send it to. That means getting users' permission for notifications wherever the platform or the law requires it, telling them in your own app's privacy policy that you use PusherHub, and respecting it when they opt out.
  • You're responsible for the Firebase project and credentials you connect, and for keeping them valid. If Google disables your project or credentials, sending stops until you fix it.
  • App backups are encrypted with a password you choose. We can't recover that password, so a backup whose password is lost can't be restored. A backup can be downloaded for 24 hours and is then deleted from our servers; the copy you download holds your app's keys and its device data, so keep it safe.
  • You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Plans and limits

  • Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans add higher limits and more features. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page when you buy it.
  • Limits — such as how many notifications you can send in each period, or how many apps and devices you can have — are applied automatically. When you reach a limit, further sending of that kind is blocked until the limit resets or you upgrade.
  • Features that aren't in your plan stay visible in the dashboard, but locked.

5. Payments

  • Your currency is set when you create your account, from the country you sign up from: customers in India pay in Indian rupees (₹), and customers elsewhere pay in US dollars ($) — or in rupees, for a plan that has no dollar price. It doesn't change afterwards.
  • Card, UPI and other payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details for these payments. You can also pay all or part of a plan from your affiliate wallet (see section 6).
  • Every payment is a one-time payment. Monthly and yearly plans run for the period you pay for and do not renew automatically — you're never charged again unless you choose to pay again.
  • If you buy again before your current paid period ends, the new period is added to the time you have left, so you don't lose any days.
  • When a paid period ends, your account moves back to the Free plan. Your apps and data stay; anything beyond the Free plan's limits is paused until you upgrade again.
  • A lifetime plan is a single payment for that plan for as long as we run the hosted Service.
  • We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Affiliate program

  • While the program is running, you get a referral link on the Affiliate page. When someone signs up through it and buys a plan, or reaches the goals shown there, you earn the reward the Affiliate page shows at the time. Rewards and rates are set by us and may change; a change never affects rewards already earned.
  • Rewards go into your wallet, in your account's currency. A reward may stay pending for a short holding period before you can use it.
  • You can spend wallet money on your own plans, in the same currency, or ask to withdraw it once it reaches the minimum shown — to UPI or a bank account in India, or to PayPal from abroad. We may ask for your PAN before paying out in India. Withdrawals are paid by hand; we'll email you when yours is paid, or tell you why it was turned down and put the money back in your wallet.
  • A reward is reversed if the payment it came from is refunded, or if it was earned by breaking these terms — for example by referring yourself, creating fake accounts, or sending spam with your link. We may close the affiliate account of anyone who abuses the program.
  • Wallet money isn't cash and can't be transferred to another account. Withdraw it before you close your account: once the account is deleted, its wallet can't be paid out.
  • You're responsible for any tax on what you earn. Where the law requires it, we may deduct tax before paying out.
  • We may change or end the program at any time. Money already available in your wallet stays yours to spend or withdraw.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PusherHub running and fast, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed uptime. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant that you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance and, where it's fair, refund the unused part of your period.

8. Suspension and closing your account

  • You can stop using PusherHub at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, follow our Data Deletion Policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts the Service or other customers at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. An account closed for breaking these terms isn't refunded for the unused period, and its affiliate rewards may be forfeited.

9. Our software

The PusherHub software, website, SDKs and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service — they don't transfer ownership of it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Liability

  • As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill — or for failures caused by third parties such as Google, Apple, Razorpay, PayPal or network providers.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

11. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you sent through PusherHub, or because you broke these terms or the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we'd always rather sort it out directly. Any dispute that can't be settled that way will be decided by the courts of India.
