Create a notification
In the dashboard, open Notifications + Create Notification . The preview on the right shows how it will look on a phone as you type.
Choose who gets it
Pick the Application — or several — and the Audience:
- All — every device of the app;
- Manual — by platform, country and similar choices;
- Individual User — one person, by the user ID your app logs them in with;
- Segmentation — a saved audience from Segments.
Write it
Type the Title and Message. Optionally add an Image URL, an Icon URL, and a Launch URL — the page or screen that opens when someone taps it.
Send now, or later
Leave Send Notification Now on Yes to send it straight away. Choose No to pick a date and time — once, or repeating daily, weekly or monthly, on plans that include scheduled and recurring sends.
See how it did
The Notifications list shows each send as it goes out. Your app's Delivery tab shows how many were delivered, opened and clicked — by day, platform and country.
